The bloc will strive to foster the development of regional infrastructure to support desired investment through the implementation of joint flagship infrastructural projects to improve road connectivity and enhance trade and related operations in the region. NOREB plays a key role in enhancing industrial development through common energy investments as well as in the integration of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in regional development process.
