It is facilitating the adoption of uniform approaches in conservation that is aimed at reversing and mitigating the effects of environmental degradation.
The bloc will facilitate the adoption of common approaches in environmental conservation and the enhancing of capacities of member counties on climate change through integrated leadership as a provider of technical knowledge and expertise
