To enhance food security within the region, NOREB is coordination and promoting initiatives that are aimed at increasing productivity in agriculture through modern farming and livestock technologies. It will coordinate the development and harmonization of supportive legislations within the member counties. The bloc will also mobilize resources to develop infrastructure and necessary processes that support value addition to agricultural produce.
